The Daily Newsletter for Intellectually Curious Readers

If you're frustrated by one-sided reporting, our 5-minute newsletter is the missing piece. We sift through 100+ sources to bring you comprehensive, unbiased news—free from political agendas. Stay informed with factual coverage on the topics that matter.

Since I started this newsletter, I've been struggling to find something else to include in my life and as content. And I think I found it. At this point, many of you know how much I like Asian culture, specifically tradition and spirituality. So adding yoga to this newsletter was really a matter of time.

In this new section, I’ll try to teach you and me the different types of yoga and all the different positions. I hope we can both get our bodies and minds in perfect sync to face every challenge in our lives.

Let's not waste more time. Yoga comprises a range of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India, aimed at controlling the body and mind to achieve various salvation goals, as observed in the Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist traditions.
