Quick beginners guide and different types (3 min)

There are various ways to meditate, such as focusing on your breath, paying attention to your thoughts, or moving your body mindfully. Each method can help you find calmness and clarity.

If you believe that meditation isn’t for you due to preconceived notions, you may not have found the type that works for you. "Meditation" means to focus. It is an umbrella term similar to "sports." There are many different types of sports, and they all help you excel in different things.

It’s difficult to agree on how many different types of meditation exist, since meditation itself is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind, and there are just too many ways to do that. To make it short and clear, I chose just these eight types. And maybe in the future, I’ll check the rest.
